Brooklyn, Pretoria: BROKER ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT
Minimum Requirements:
-Well presentable and professional Afrikaans speaking female
-Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must (Afr & Eng client base)
-Matric / Grade 12
-Minimum 3 years recent administration work experience in an office environment a must, preferably in legal sector or insurance sector
-Able to manage time effectively and prioritize under a large volume of work
-Strong problem solving abilities required
-Must be able to work unsupervised, under pressure and have great interpersonal and communication skills
-Excellent time, task and resource management skills
-Good typing skills with attention to detail (meticulous and accurate)
-Computer literate in MS Office
-Own vehicle a must
-Stable employment record and contactable reference
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Responsible for day to day functions and data capturing to ensure all administration is run in an efficient and streamlined manner.
-Work closely with Broker and respective Master’s team member.
-Issuing, following up and finalizing tickets raised on Freshdesk, compiling Freshdesk reports (in-house software training provided)
-Assisting with client queries
-Assisting with administrative queries
-Ensuring efficient client service delivery
-Back up for processing
Salary: R 12 000.00 – R 15 000.00 gross maximum (depending on experience)
