Brooklyn, Pretoria: CONVEYANCING SECRETARY
Minimum Requirements:
-Presentable and professional female
-Minimum 3 years Conveyancing experience at a law firm a must, (Transfers, Bond Cancellations or Bond Registrations)
-Eager and willing to learn (further training will be provided)
-Excellent typing speed essential (speed and accuracy)
-Computer literate
-Pleasant and friendly personality
-Able to take instruction from Senior Personnel, and able to work in a communal space
-Amenable personality that can handle authority and works will in a team
-Stable employment record and contactable references
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Drafting of Conveyancing documents (Transfers, Bond Registrations and/or Bond Cancellations)
-Assist Senior Conveyancing staff with general conveyancing duties
-General conveyancing secretarial duties
Salary: ± R 15 000.00 gross (Depending on relevant experience. Up to R 25 000 gross maximum for Senior Level)
