Groenkloof, Pretoria: RAF LITIGATION ATTORNEY
Minimum Requirements:
-Presentable and professional Afrikaans speaking individual
-Afrikaans & English first and second languages a must (Afr & Eng client base)
-Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree completed, and admitted as an Attorney
-Minimum 5 years post admission experience in RAF Litigation matters (Third Party Claims) a must
-Fully independently functional
-Responsible, dynamic and hard working
-Non smoker
-Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
-Stable employment record and contactable references
-To start as soon as possible
-Possibility of partnership / shares if targets are continuously met
-Permanent appointment subject to successful completion of 3 months probation period
Duties:
-Associate Attorney functions, attending to RAF Litigation matters (Third Party Claims)
-Litigation Procedures, including High Court Litigation
-Drafting legal documents and client liaison in Afrikaans and English
-General attorney duties
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience (market related) + profit share component
