Lynnwood Ridge, Pretoria: CONVEYANCING SECRETARY (TRANSFERS)
Minimum Requirements:
-Strong English proficiency (including accuracy vital)
-Minimum 5 years experience as a Conveyancing Secretary in attending to Property Transfers (including Deceased Estates Transfers and Sectional Title Transfers) at a law firm a must
-Independently functional, from receipt to finalization
-Computer literate in LexisConvey a must
-Able to work under pressure, and in a culturally diverse working environment
-Stable employment record
-Contactable references
-To start as soon as possible
-Must reside in Pretoria
Duties:
-Drafting of Property Transfers documents
-Related Conveyancing administration and secretarial duties
-Client liaison
-Drafting of relevant legal documents
Salary: R 15 000.00 – R 20 000.00 gross (Depending on relevant experience)
