Job Description

Montana, Pretoria: SENIOR CONVEYANCING SECRETARY
Minimum Requirements:
-Professional and presentable female
-Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must (Afr & Eng client base)
-Tertiary Conveyancing qualification required
-Minimum 5 years recent work experience as a Conveyancing Secretary at a law firm a must
-Independently functional
-Computer literate in E4, Web Convey and MS Office
-Own reliable transport
-Punctual, trustworthy and career orientated
-Stable employment record and contactable reference
-To start as soon as possible
-Drafting of Conveyancing documents
-Liaison with banks, clients, Deeds Office and other law firms
-General conveyancing secretarial duties
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
