Waterkloof Glen, Pretoria: SALES MANAGER
Minimum Requirements:
-Mature, well presentable and professional Afrikaans speaking male, aged 35+ years
-Afrikaans and English first & second languages a must (Afr & Eng client base)
-Outgoing, energetic, confident and self-driven
-Matric / Grade 12
-Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
-Minimum 5 years EXTERNAL sales experience A MUST (preferably in a managerial position), preferably in retail, commercial, property or similar industry (Non negotiable Key requirement)
-Passionate about sales, target driven and self motivated
-Knowledge/experience in Shopping Centre Management / Parking Management industry or similar preferred
-Excellent oral and written communication skills
-Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas
-Excellent leadership and Business Management skills
-Experience setting sales goals
-Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
-Deep understanding of technical systems and best practices
-Proficient in Microsoft Office
-Customer service skills
-Flexible, adaptable and open to change
-Able to accept criticism and work well under pressure
-Advanced time management skills
-Driver’s license & own vehicle
-Willing and able to travel
-Residing in Pretoria a must
-Stable employment record and contactable references
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Maintain and develop Sales portfolio for Parking Management company
-External sales, marketing & sourcing new clients
-Overseeing national sales, promotions and campaigns
-Directing and coordinating all sales activities nationally
-Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures
-Tracking and analysing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
-Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service
-Setting discount rates and determining price schedules
-Advising service providers on policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
-Travelling to clients, presenting services, conducting site analyses etc.
Salary: ± R 30 000.00 – R 40 000.00 gross basic (Negotiable depending on relevant sales experience)
