Minimum Requirements:
-Well presentable and professional female
-Fully bilingual in both Afrikaans and English a must
-Matric / Grade 12
-Recent reception & secretarial work experience a must
-Computer literate in MS Office, with good typing skills (speed and accuracy)
-Excellent telephone etiquette with strong communication skills (verbal and written)
-Able to handle multiple tasks under pressure in a high-paced working environment
-Strong attention to detail
Capable of meeting deadlines in a busy office environment.
-Strong organizational skills
-Residing near / within daily commuting distance from Linbro Park (Sandton) a must
-Stable employment record (no job hoppers, no unreasonable gaps in employment record etc.)
-Contactable references
-To start as soon as possible
-General administration duties for Transport company (reception and secretarial duties)
-Manage incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring professional telephone etiquette and directing calls appropriately.
-Assist with daily office tasks, including typing, filing, and organizing documents.
-Provide administrative support to clients, suppliers, and staff, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up.
Perform data entry tasks, including updating files and maintaining accurate records.
-Assist with scheduling meetings, organizing events, and supporting other administrative functions as needed.
Salary: R 9 500.00 gross (not negotiable)
