Sandton, Johannesburg: PERSONAL ASSISTANT
Minimum Requirements:
-Reliable, professional and service orientated female
-Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must (Fully proficient in both, not negotiable - Afr & Eng client base)
-Matric / Grade 12
-Minimum 5 years recent Personal Assistant experience a must, preferably in Travel Industry
-Computer literate in MS Office with very good MS Excel skills (Galileo experience preferred)
-Excellent communication- and administration skills
-Diligent and very detailed orientated
-Non smoker
-Own reliable vehicle to work
-Willing to commit to long term employment with company
-Stable employment record a must (no job hoppers, no unreasonable gaps in employment record, long term employment at previous employers etc.)
-Contactable References a must
-Residing within daily commuting distance from Sandton
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Full Personal Assistant duties to Director of Domestic Tour Management Company
-General secretarial and administrative duties (typing, diary management etc.)
Salary: R 15 000.00 gross (Slightly negotiable depending on experience)
