Secunda, Mpumalanga: ADMINISTRATOR
Minimum Requirements:
-Well presentable and mature Afrikaans speaking female, preferably aged between 35-50 years
-Afrikaans & English first & second languages a must (Afr & Eng client base)
-Matric / Grade 12
-Minimum 2 years recent administration experience a must
-Financial experience / Accounts reconciliation experience highly preferred
-Computer literate in MS Office
-Own reliable vehicle
-Must be willing to work every second weekend and rotating public holidays
-Stable employment record and contactable References
-To start as soon as possible
Work Hours:
Mondays to Fridays from 08h00am – 14h30pm, every second Saturday & Sunday from 07h00am – 11h00am
Duties:
-General administration duties for Fuel Supplier company
-Accounts and payment reconciliations
-Staff wages and staff management
-Daily day-end reconciliations (account payments and speedpoints / EFT payments)
-Stock management (fuel, food and sundries)
-Filing
-Client liaison
Salary: R 9 500.00 gross (not negotiable)
