• Bachelor's degree in technology preference in Telecommunication.
• 10+ years of overall wireless and wireline telecom industry experience as a service provider and/or equipment vendor. Huawei MME, S-GSN, GGSN, PS core. Ericsson P-Gateway and Ericsson PS core knowledge is highly required.
• Hands-on experience on the operation, configuration, and optimization to parameter level of Huawei and/or Ericsson IMS core network components.
• Strong understanding of voice core solutions in CS and LTE (VoLTE and CSFB). EPSFB and VoNR knowledge is an advantage.
• Familiar with CEM & tracing tools for testing, analysing & troubleshooting purposes such as SmartCare, Astellia, Anritsu & deep knowledge on Wireshark analysis .
• Strong experience on TCP/IP Model identifying network issues , and Corelating Packets from multiple interfaces .
• Strong understanding of signalling protocols SIP, Diameter, SS7, GTP and HTTP.
• 6+ years of experience as a Solution Architect in the telecoms / Core technology, strong knowledge of End-to-End Architecture and HLD.
• Proven hand-on experience in designing, optimization, and management of the PS and IMS Core networks elements, interfaces, and messaging.
• Strong knowledge of LTE, 5G, and other relevant wireless technology.
• Troubleshooting E2E requirements like voice MOS, YouTube Experience, Gaming Experience.
• Hands on optimization experience on Open signal and Ookla platform is highly required.
• P-CAP file analysis for E2E troubleshooting along with Core probe analysis for E2E view on performance.
• Experience of capacity management and dimensioning of all PS and IMS core network nodes along with statistical KPIs setup and reporting.
• Hands-on experience on the operation, configuration and optimization parameter level of Huawei and Ericsson PS core network components.
• Dimensioning of different interfaces like A/Abis/Ater/Gb, IuCS/IuPS/IuR, Iub and processing load.
• Network audits and consistency cleanups to maintain networks compliance as it evolves.
• Authority for LTE EPC and responsible for the design and technical delivery of LTE EPC/PCRF
• Making recommendations in all aspects of core functions and elements based on SW features and best practices for optimum performance including Voice/Data services quality and other main Voice/Data services KPIs.
• Knowledge of Uu Interface signalling interfaces.
