Job Description
We are looking for an awesome Car Rental Agent to join a top international Car Rental Company. You will be responsible for rental bookings, confirmations, agreements and vehicle hand overs, collections checking for damages, extensive customer liaison and upselling services for Corporate clients only. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, thrive in a dynamic environment, are extremely well groomed and articulate, enjoy working with corporate clients, and have Car Rental agent or face to face customer service/sales experience, apply now.
Working Hours: 07h00am 17h00pm or 08h00am to 18h00pm, Saturdays 07h00am to 14h00pm, alternate Sundays and Public Holidays
Essential Job Requirements
Matric Certificate
A valid Drivers License, older than two years
A minimum of 1 year of RECENT Car Rental Agent or face to face customer service/sales experience
A good command of the English Language
Good Computer Skills (Excel)
Impeccably well groomed and spoken
Stable and consistent work history
Contactable references
