Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and redline contracts
and other legal documents with precision, usingMS Word
. Oversee and maintainlegal software systems
, ensuring compliance and efficiency. Manageinvoicing and retainer agreements
, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. Serve as the firm'sfirst point of contact
for phone calls and emails, maintaining a professional and responsive approach. Handlevarious administrative tasks
related to legal processes and office operations.###
Requirements:
Must have experience in corporate law and commercial transactions
this is non-negotiable.Strong
proficiency in MS Word
, particularly for drafting and redlining legal documents.Ability to
manage legal software systems
and handle administrative workflows.Excellent
communication and client interaction skills
.Detail-oriented with strong
organizational and multitasking abilities
