Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive business valuations and financial modeling.
  • Perform detailed due diligence to assess investment opportunities.
  • Assist in M&A transactions, capital raising, and strategic advisory projects.
  • Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and investment memoranda.
  • Engage with clients, investors, and stakeholders in deal execution.
Requirements:
  • CA(SA) preferred (or relevant finance qualification).
  • Strong experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or transaction services.
  • Proven ability to perform valuations and financial due diligence.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
