Our client is a top-performing REIT, with around 100 properties nationwide, encompassing retail, commercial and industrial portfolios. Join their team as a Corporate Finance & Disposals Analyst, where you'll be pivotal in managing disposal transaction opportunities from identification to execution. You will be collaborating closely with the executive and asset management team, where you'll guide assets through the entire sales process, from collecting & collating data, to building financial models, to assisting in decision-making. Working directly with the CEO, you will also assist in maximising the cash-flow and debt facilities of the portfolio, to ensure that the best structures are in place to manage financial, compliance and future risks.

This role involves extensive research, including analysing property prices and trends, conducting market research and projecting property returns to prepare comprehensive investment cases, for either refinancing or seller purposes. You'll interact with brokers, and lead negotiations with buyers, ensuring efficient transactions and optimal prices. As a custodian of due diligence, you'll manage the collation and distribution of information, oversee the conveyancing process, and address queries from all stakeholders.

This multifaceted role offers an exciting opportunity to immerse yourself in the real estate industry and make a tangible impact on their success. To be considered for this role you will need to be a certified chartered accountant with at least 2 years of post-qualified experience in banking, preferably within property finance.
