Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management: Oversee the full financial accounting function, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze and interpret financial data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic planning and business objectives.
- Cost Control: Implement and monitor cost control measures to optimize profitability and operational efficiency.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, maintaining robust internal controls.
- Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and financial trends.
- Strategy Development: Drive key financial strategies to enhance business performance and support long-term growth.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CA(SA), CPA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial management, with a focus on the manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience in the cosmetics, skin care, perfume, personal care sectors is highly desirable.
