Job Description
Are you a dynamic finance professional with a passion for deal-making? We are seeking a Corporate Finance Transactor to lead and execute high-value transactions, including M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex deals and drive value for clients.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute corporate finance transactions, including M&A, private equity, and capital raising.
- Oversee financial modeling, valuations, and due diligence.
- Manage deal structuring, negotiations, and transaction execution.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with investors and stakeholders.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, investment memoranda, and reports.
- CA(SA), CFA, or relevant finance qualification preferred.
- Proven experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or transaction advisory.
- Strong expertise in valuations, due diligence, and deal structuring.
- Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management abilities.
