The ideal candidate is an aggressive business development hunter, a wolf-of-wall street sales go getter! Not for candidates who want to harvest and nurture current clients, or focus on up/cross selling to excising accounts. On offer is a negotiable basic salary with company benefits an aggressive uncapped commission structure and lucrative bulk sale incentives.Duties and Responsibilities:
  • The main purpose of the position is to market and sell Cartrack products and services by offering the Cartrack value proposition and a ROI concept to SME's and larger commercial customers
  • Furthermore, the job holder must ensure that sales and revenue targets in specified areas are met and/or exceeded
  • Engage at executive level, build and maintain long term relationships with these clients and maximise sales opportunities within them
  • With a focus on quality, attend to all administrative tasks (CRM System) associated with the sales channel
  • Understand the value of a full fleet solution and have an in-depth understanding of Cartrack's value added products and services
Requirements:
  • Completed Grade 12
  • Proven track record of successful and aggressive new business sales
  • Sales target driven
  • Ability to drive business development / cold-calling
  • Solution orientated
  • Established network of corporate clients
  • High level of EQ with strong negotiation skills
  • CRM applied experience
  • Valid drivers license
