It isnt a question.IN THIS ROLE YOU WILLYou will be supporting HALEONs Global Corporate Security strategy and programs across Southern Africa. You will be reporting to and working closely with Haleons regional head of security and South Africa and Southern African business unit, company leadership in South Africa and site senior leaders to protect our people, assets, operations, and reputation.Be accountable for the Corporate Security Program within the company, which encompasses Security Risk Management (security audits, security risk assessments), crisis & business continuity management (guiding and supporting the business with their various BCPs, development of security response plans, SOPs, crisis plans), working closely with internal security champions network and regional security leaders, raising security awareness, and developing and managing travel security programs.Analyze both external and internal risk, threats, vulnerabilities, and trends potentially impacting our people, business, and reputation, including theft, fraud, general criminality, counterfeiting, and employee external safety concerns (crime trend analysis and safety training), and develop response plans to mitigate risks in coordination with the regional and Global Head of Corporate Security.Handle crisis & business continuity management, which includes Incident Management, Crisis Resolution, guiding and supporting business leaders with contingency plans and business impact analysis.Conduct assessments of supply chain security risks, and provide actionable advise and solutions.Conduct reviews, generating reports, and making recommendations.Administer, implement, and oversee local Executive Protection program management.Manage fleet security, tracking and asset protection.Oversee business continuity planning and management.Conduct pre-employment screening, where required.Oversee security guard force and security vendors in the country and establish a network of security vendors across Southern Africa.Perform regular and prescribed security risk assessments throughout our Supply Chain, offices, manufacturing facilities, warehouses, and other business priorities.Assess, implement and manage Insider Threat program.Oversee security operations management, as well as conduct security audits, for all business premises including warehouses, manufacturing facilities, offices, residences, and other critical premises.Possess the ability and knowledge to work and support the security risks across Southern Africa, with specific focus on South Africa.Work collaboratively with the Southern and South African business units (BU) leadership, site leadership and regional head of security.This role will be reporting to either Regional Corporate Security Manager for Africa or Global Head of Corporate Security but will be working extremely closely with manufacturing site leadership and commercial leadership teams across South Africa including BU General Management.Qualifications & Skills:10+ Years professional experience, preference given to those with relevant FMCG, manufacturing or multinational setting.Internal and external stakeholder management with suppliers and internal customers, required analytical skills to guide the business.Experience in military, police or other security apparatus is mandatory.Knowledge on how to implement Security Management Programs and technology.Strategic thinking, diplomatic in demeanor and approach, while recognizing and resolving local business needs.Ability to manage multiple business priorities simultaneously.Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication & listening skills.Fluency in English required (reading, writing, spoken), additional local or Southern African languages will be an advantage.Advantageous Skills:Security risk management and Security risk assessmentsCrisis & Business continuity managementPhysical and Corporate security management.Ability to drive strategy while implementing programs, and projects.CFE or CPP or PSP security designation from ACFE or ASIS or other industry-related designations or willing to complete such training within 6 months.Experience within government or a multinational company managing the end-to-end corporate security program across the country and in multi-campus locations.Flexibility to work across South Africa and Southern Africa.Ability to travel on short notices.
