Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on lodge financial performance with a focus on cost control and profitability.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and cost models for various lodge operations.
  • Analyze operational costs and suggest ways to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
  • Ensure accurate costing for food, beverages, accommodation, and other services.
  • Prepare financial reports and cost analysis for senior management.
  • Track inventory and supply chain costs to optimize spending.
  • Conduct regular audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
  • Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Cost Accountant or similar, within hospitality or luxury settings.
  • Strong understanding of financial management, cost analysis, and budgeting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with management and teams.
  • Experience with hospitality cost structures and operational expenses is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and remote environment with minimal supervision.
