Job Description


Qualifications:

  • Matric plus relevant tertiary qualification
  • Experience within the branding, promotional products and corporate gifts industries
Experience:
  • Ensure all quote requests are submitted correctly and within the companies time frame as set out in our SLAxe2x80x99s
  • Attend to all administrative tasks within the required timeframes including supplier POxe2x80x99s and customer PO's.
  • Calculating costings
  • Putting together proposals that are as per clients brief or requirements
  • Proposing products to clients
  • Negotiate with suppliers for the best possible price in order to maintain beneficial GP
  • Offer and suggest alternative product and/or services in order to meet end users deadlines
  • Provide first line sales telephonic assistance to customers
  • Identify sales opportunities
  • Following up on quotations
  • Communicating & updating the external sales executive on all quotations
  • Handing over quotations which have received Purchase orders to the production team
  • Assisting management with ad hoc projects and requests where necessary
  • Ensuring documentation is submitted timeously
  • In department CI knowledge for all allocated customers
  • Various office administrative duties
  • Working with various departments within the company to ensure orders are completed in time and according to our company standards xe2x80x93 includes briefing departments accordingly in order for them to fulfil their duties
