Job Description


We are looking for a dynamic sales professional with a keen interest in financial analysis and real estate? We are seeking a highly motivated Cost Segregation Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our client base by promoting and selling our cost segregation services to commercial property owners, real estate investors, and industry professionals.Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Development: Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored cost segregation solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of cost segregation methodologies, benefits, and industry trends to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct client consultations to assess their needs, provide expert advice on cost segregation benefits, and propose customized service packages.
  • Proposal Generation: Prepare and present detailed proposals and presentations that outline the financial benefits of cost segregation and demonstrate the value of our services.
  • Sales Tracking: Manage and track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics using CRM systems to ensure targets are met.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the technical team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of cost segregation studies and reports to clients.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CPA, CCIM) are a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment related to real estate, finance, or accounting. Experience with cost segregation or tax-related services is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to understand and articulate complex financial concepts.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to and engage with clients effectively. Fluency in English is a must.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
