Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in HR function or Change Management experience
Experience in large transformation programs
Relevant experience and knowledge of organizational change management processes, methodologies and tools including process, technology and people aspects
Outstanding stakeholder engagement and expectation management skills.
Proven ability to work effectively with different organizational levels and thorough understanding of how to engage diverse audiences.
