The responsibility of the on site manager/ress is to ensure the place is neat and clean and well presented by ensuring ground staff have access to the tools and equipment needed to maintain the lawns and gardens, and giving instruction and guidance of daily duties. Garden is mostly established now, it just needs maintaining.Baiey Country House has 4 bookable rooms.Rooms to be configured to suit the bookings taken, both front rooms have splittable king size beds that can also accommodate guests that require single beds. Inside rooms are a family room and another double on suite. Caravan Park with 12 pitches 6 electrical, with ablution and shared kitchen facilities. 12x4 Marquee for small functions.Food is charged on top of the room only rate, the host/ess is to agree menu options to guests before arrival, preferably encouraging a meal of the day option to reduce the need to cooking diverse meals per booking. And then to cook and serve the food, leveraging on site help when needed.The host/ess is to welcome guests show them the rooms and facilities and ensure payment is taken for all meals and drinks which are additional to the room only rate. Rooms are typically paid for through booking platforms currently and owner manages booking enquiries and shares on the group the contact details for host/ess to make contact and understand arrival times and if meals are required. On site card payment facilities are available for meals and activities bookings through the use of iKhokha machine and an app installed on your phoneThe Host/ess is to ensure rooms are turned around and linen/bedding washed promptly to enable quick turnaround time making use of spare inventory if washing doesnt dry in time.Assistance is available for cleaning and washing of dishes, and food prep like chopping etc, on an add hoc basis as directed by you.
