Step into a dynamic leadership role with a prestigious multinational, listed entity as the Country Manager for Mozambique. Reporting directly to the Regional , you'll steer the nation's key functions Development, Sales, Operations, and ensuring each department thrives in a culture of continuous improvement.This role calls for an ambitious leader who can cultivate creativity, inspire swift problem-solving, and drive impressive profitability growth.As a strategic thinker and entrepreneurial spirit, youll take personal ownership of the country's performance, guiding each department toward excellence. - 5+ years of commercial and managerial experience.
- 2+ years of P&L responsibility at the country level.
- Proficiency in both the local language and English.
- A university Degree.
- Previous experience in Africa is a plus.
- Mozambican citizenship.
- Oversee Development, Operations, and Finance.
- Lead and motivate sales teams.
- Uphold integrity and honesty in all operations.
