Country Manager Project Sales

Job Description

The Country Manager's core responsibility is to manage and achieve assigned regions' sales targets, acquire new business and achieve businesses overall sales strategies and budget for each of our LIXIL brands.

Ensure the completion of accurate and timeous Regional sales forecasts on a monthly/quarterly basis. Ensure the generation of new sales opportunities by brand, product and segment and the maintenance of a credible project pipeline. Ensure the maintenance and growth of the current customer base. Ensure the achievement of the overall monthly budgeted targets by segment and Sales Margins and review own weekly call reports. Ensure the achievement of the end of range sales targets. Ensure achievement of the required targeted brand/category split and identify growth opportunities. Ensure that you conduct and report on competitor analysis and product trends timeously. Ensure the development of effective project plans offering effective solutions from inception of specification to the completion of customers. Monitor and ensure that projects/customers pipeline is aligned with budget and growth requirements. Manage marketing intelligence by tracking and recording competitor activity and pricing. Assist the Marketing team with identifying new product development opportunities and product trends. Ensure weekly/monthly customer visits are scheduled. Ensure the development and maintenance of excellent customer relationships. Ensure that customer queries and complaints are effectively handled within 24 hrs. Ensure that Product training to the Top 10 customers occurs at least 4 times a month. Prepare and present promotional plan, Key account plan, budget vs actual, GP tracker, project pipeline in monthly regional sales meetings. Ensure the development and execution of an effective promotional plan for the region in conjunction with the marketing dept. on a quarterly basis.
Requirements:

Matric Tertiary Sales and Marketing qualification 5+ years managing sales teams. Advanced MS Office and Google Workspace skills required. CRM and SAP experience Fluency in Portuguese is advantageous Willing to travel extensively internationally

Excellent negotiating and influencing skills Capable of handling a diverse workload, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of outputs. High degree of initiative, with the ability to anticipate regional market' needs and proactively work to meet them. Articulate with strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Additional languages are advantageous. Able to establish relationships with, and influence people at all levels of the organization Strong collaborator in a complex matrix environment
