Small family owned business near Potchefstroom in the North West looking for a couple with strong hospitality experience to join a small team.

Main business is camping, self-catering tented and other accommodation, and day visitor/+ boat launching .

NOT a 5Star Lodge - No Animals - Serves 100% local market.
?Ideal candidates will have a love for the outdoors and enjoys living in a remote area.

Position requires good understanding of camp/lodge operations and staff management. Valid drivers license and own transport essential.

45 hour working week, off days during the week.

HIM: OVERSEE GROUNDS, MAINTENANCE & GENERAL SECURITY

Minimum 3 years experience Must be able to manage small cross cultural team. Must be organised, can prioritise, is proactive, can take instruction. Remains calm under pressure. Excellent communication skills + Fluent in English. Manage grounds, property maintenance, and security arrangements. Requires hands on with all-round maintenance skills, plumbing, grounds irrigation, maintaining grass cutting equipment etc, pool maintenance, knowledge of gas geysers, boreholes, water pumps, and generators, basic electrical maintenance
HER: FRONT OFFICE & ADMIN, COVER HOUSEKEEPING AS NEEDED

Matric with a relevant hospitality qualification. 3 years in a Camp/Lodge/Guest House in FOH: Reservations, Admin, Checkin, Housekeeping. Computer literate (MS Office, MS Word, Excel) Knowledge of NightsBridge. SAGE Accounting and Canva an advantage. Can plan, prioritise, work without supervision. Professional, well groomed, with strong communication and inter personnel skills. Attention to detail and high expectations of cleanliness

Pay: R16000,00 - R22000,00 per month
