Our international client based in Cape Town requires an energetic, positive, and proactive Craft Beer Sales Representative to represent their brand at various establishments.You will be responsible for the full spectrum of on & off consumption, driving sales, building relationships, and expanding the reach of their products.Following a structured sales call cycle, you will be ensuring consistent and meaningful engagement with both existing and prospective clients. Requirements:Matric, relevant Qualification in Sales/MarketingMinimum of 2 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in Sales/Marketing in a FMCG environmentBeverage industry experience xe2x80x93 EssentialValid driverxe2x80x99s license and own transport xe2x80x93 EssentialBasic knowledge of PC and Microsoft officePersuasiveness and selling abilityExcellent verbal ability and communication skillsGood interpersonal skills, creativity and ability to mix with other peopleAbility to manage self and regionSelf-starter who can operate without micromanagementStrong achievement orientationBeer knowledge and processes xe2x80x93 Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Maximise sales volume and market shareImplement and develop promotional activity to drive consistent pull in relation to the channel management processAchieve pre-determined sales/brands and market share targetsInfluence liquor retail pricing within segmentsMaintain stock levels within segmentsInfluence the placement of our products to maintain the best cold and ambient spaceInfluence in on trade environment to gain decision corridor placementsDevelop great business relationshipsMaintain customer call rate and frequencyConduct regular account reviewsProvide merchandising supportHandle Customer and Consumer complaints and queriesManage product quality in relation to our quality standardsManage sales administrationCompile weekly reportsDetermine pre-call planning objectivesTrouble shoot and do minor repairs on Draught equipment
