- Relevant industry experience.
- Matric / Grade 12 Certificate.
- Be able to function well under high pressure.
- The successful candidate will have knowledge of Wildlife and the Hunting Industry.
- Managing what goes into the crates xe2x80x93 making sure all clients orders are packed correctly.
- Scheduling of crates.
- Handling dispatches of crates.
- Managing a team of 12 that builds the crates.
- Strong people skills.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Problem solving skills.
- Good work ethic required.
