Creative and Brand Manager - WestvilleFull job descriptionJob Title: Creative and Brand ManagerLocation: Westville, Durban (Office-Based):We are seeking a talented and experienced Creative and Brand Manager to take ownership of the creative vision and brand consistency for MyHealthcare Clinic. This role involves developing high-quality, brand-led creative assets and content that support our marketing initiatives across digital, social, and print channels. You will ensure all creative materials adhere to brand guidelines and reinforce our identity across all platforms, contributing to the overall growth and awareness of MyHealthcare Clinic.This is an office-based role in Westville, Durban, working UK hours.Responsibilities:Brand Guardianship: Be the custodian of our brand guidelines, ensuring that all internal and external materials reflect the brands identity and values. Continuously evolve the MyHealthcare Clinic brand to maintain our position as a leader in personalised healthcare in the UK.Brand Awareness & Email Campaigns: Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to design branded email templates for newsletters, promotions, open days, and service-specific campaigns. Ensure templates are adaptable for text and imagery.Social Media Management: Create engaging daily content for social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, including reels, testimonials, tips, and service updates. Design static posts for promotions and news. Support LinkedIn with weekly posts highlighting clinic achievements and industry trends.Graphic Design & Creative Assets: Produce marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, print ads, appointment cards, and banners. Create digital and print-ready assets for campaigns and in-clinic displays. Design image and video reels to highlight services and events, and assist with landing page design and PDFs for website downloads.Cross-Departmental Support: Provide design support across departments, ensuring all collateral adheres to brand standards. Deliver editable and print-ready versions, making revisions when necessary.Community Engagement: Build and leverage relationships with community partners and media channels to increase awareness of MyHealthcare Clinic and its services.Requirements:Experience: Minimum of 5 years in creative design and brand management, with a portfolio showcasing expertise in digital, social media, and print materials.Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro).
