As a small team producing high-end work, they need someone adaptable to a growing agency.They want someone who pushes the boundaries of digital branding, user experience, and digital design to ensure top-quality work. • Crafting, directing, and coordinating daily agency creative efforts for client products/services.
• Providing sound marketing counseling and planning.
• Creating conceptual visual ideas for integrated communication, branding, and interactive programs.
• Ensuring innovative execution of work on schedule.
• Delivering superior creative products aligned with the agency vision and client objectives.
• Offering innovative solutions and experiences.

• Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Communication Design.
• Strong creative portfolio.
• Understanding of top-tier standards and team building.
• 5+ years of visual and interactive design and creative management experience, including branding and digital.
• Minimum of 3 years as a Creative Director.
• Experience leading cross-discipline teams.
• Interest in creative business and marketing solutions.
• Strong knowledge of product design (UX and UI, websites, platforms).
• Experience in integrated marketing, branding, and visual design.
• Skilled in building visual campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Excellent client-facing skills.
• Outstanding creative management abilities.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn.
• Ability to self-manage while managing teams and projects.
• Positive attitude toward creative work and the industry.
