Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing the brand identity, ensuring consistency and excellence across all touchpoints.What you will do:

• Develop and execute the overall creative direction and vision for the companyxe2x80x99s brand identity, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
• Lead a team of talented Designers, Copywriters and creative professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Oversee the creation of compelling and impactful marketing materials, including digital assets, print collateral, video content, and advertising campaigns.
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, product, and sales, to deliver integrated and cohesive brand experiences.
• Drive the evolution of the brand, staying ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to maintain relevance and differentiation.
• Manage the creative production process from concept to execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Act as a brand ambassador, championing the companyxe2x80x99s values and positioning both internally and externally.
• Provide creative leadership and guidance to support strategic initiatives, product launches, and corporate events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Advertising, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience (8+ years) in a senior creative role, with a track record of developing and implementing successful brand strategies.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative excellence across multiple mediums, with a focus on digital and integrated campaigns.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience leading and mentoring creative teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate and sell creative concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
• Strategic mindset with a deep understanding of branding, design principles, and consumer behaviour.
• Knowledge of financial services or B2B marketing preferred, but not essential.
• Proficiency in design software and creative tools.
