Job Description
Location: Onsite in SandtonHours: Based on US time (3 PM - 12 AM)Start Date: ASAP
Mandatory: Own a car for the hours onsite ( no Uber or public transport )
Mandatory: Lead a teamResponsibilities:
- Oversee a team of approximately 15 artists.
- Lead the layout artist team.
- Communicate training to the team effectively.
- Manage workflow within the department to ensure efficiency.
- Implement measures to ensure all work is accurate and meets high-quality standards.
- Enforce and maintain high-quality standards consistently.
- Ensure a 24-hour proof turnaround time.
- Pay meticulous attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an art director or similar role.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite.
- Proficiency in CorelDraw.
- Proficiency in Photoshop.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
