We do this by disrupting traditional employment barriers xe2x80x93 connecting ambitious talent to flexible opportunities with trusted brands.Anticipated Contract End Date/Length: 6-12 months with potential to extendWe are seeking a Creative Lead to be responsible for implementing our Clientxe2x80x99s creative vision and strategy across all marketing and brand initiatives. You will play a key role in shaping and enhancing the brand identity, ensuring consistency and excellence across all touchpoints. The successful candidate will support our Clientxe2x80x99s in-house creative team, working within and contributing to an integrated Brand Design System.What you will do:

• Support the evolution of the overall creative direction and vision of the companyxe2x80x99s brand identity, working closely with the creative/design director in the UK, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
• Oversee a team of talented Designers, Copywriters and creative professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Oversee the creation of compelling and impactful marketing materials, including digital assets, print collateral, video content, and advertising campaigns.
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, product, and sales, to deliver integrated and cohesive brand experiences.
• Drive the evolution of the brand, staying ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to maintain relevance and differentiation.
• Manage the creative production process from concept to execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Act as a brand ambassador, championing the companyxe2x80x99s values and positioning both internally and externally.
• Provide creative leadership and guidance to support strategic initiatives, product launches, and corporate events.

Qualifications

• Proven experience (8+ years) in a senior creative role, with a track record of developing and implementing successful brand strategies including working within, and contributing, to an integrated Brand Design System.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative excellence across multiple mediums, with a focus on digital and integrated campaigns.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience leading and mentoring creative teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate and sell creative concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
• Strategic mindset with a deep understanding of branding, design principles, and consumer behaviour.
• Knowledge of financial services or B2B marketing is preferred.
• Experience using AI for content and creative generation.
• Proficiency in design software and creative tools including Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with Adobe Workfront is preferred.
• Comfortable on the tools, creating work that leads and inspires the rest of the SA team, as well as looking after them from a management perspective.
