Job Description
Job Summary A established wealth management company, specializing in funding and investments. Seeking the expertise of a Senior Credit Analyst to join their investment team. Responsible for analyzing unlisted businesses, preparing loan submissions and related agreements. AA candidates preferred. Responsibilities: - Ensure all policies and procedures are followed - Prepare documentation and analysis, financial forecast models and Investment memo's - Establish and ensure company procedures meet conditions for the provisions, special loan conditions for clients - Prepare and conclude loan agreements and further documentation - Monitor loan agreement compliance and credit exposure - Communicate with other staff on matters relating to existing and new loans Requirements: Minimum of CA(SA)/CFA or equivalent tertiary qualification Minimum of 3 years' experience in the credit and risk industry, corporate finance preferred Must have a passion for lending,markets and uplifting smaller companies Highly analytical and attention to detail Excellent understanding of different industries Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Self-motivated, professional, dynamic and passionately results driven Please note that if you have not heard from us within 2 weeks of your application, please consider it as unsuccessful for this particular role.
