Job Summary An established wealth management company, specializing in funding and investments is seeking the expertise of a Credit Analyst to join their investment team. Responsible for analyzing unlisted businesses, preparing loan submissions and related agreements. Responsibilities: Ensure all policies and procedures are followed Prepare documentation and analysis, financial forecast models and Investment memo's Establish and ensure company procedures meet conditions for the provisions, special loan conditions for clients Prepare and conclude loan agreements and further documentation Monitor loan agreement compliance and credit exposure Communicate with other staff on matters relating to existing and new loans Requirements: Minimum of CA(SA) / CFA or equivalent tertiary qualification Minimum of 3 years' experience in the credit and risk industry, corporate finance preferred, alternatively the role can be suited to Newly Qualified CA's who have Financial Services experience during their articles Must have a passion for lending, markets and uplifting smaller companies Highly analytical and attention to detail Excellent understanding of different industries Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Self-motivated, professional, dynamic and passionately results driven Please note that if you have not heard from us within 2 weeks of your application, please consider it as unsuccessful for this particular role.
