Job Description
This role is responsible for conducting comprehensive credit assessments, managing credit risk, and providing bankable solutions for clients within the Agri-business value chain. It involves in-depth financial analysis, risk assessment, and proactive credit portfolio management to ensure sustainable investments.Required Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, Agri-Economics, or Credit Management.
- Experience: 3+ years in credit assessment, with knowledge of agricultural finance.
- Regulatory Knowledge: NCA, CPA, FICA, and credit-related legislation.
- Skills: Risk management, financial analysis, compliance, and business acumen.
- Technical Proficiency: Microsoft Office, compliance tools, and credit assessment systems.
- Additional: Willingness to travel and work extended hours when required.
