A leading insurance company is seeking an innovative Credit Capabilities Manager to join their team.This company has vast experience within the insurance sector and is looking for a individual who thinks out of the box !This unique role blends credit analysis, data science, and strategy implementation, offering an exciting opportunity to shape our risk management and drive business growth.Duties:

  • Lead the development of the function and think strategically about how to improve, optimize, and expand it to meet the goals and objectives of the business, under the direction of the Chief Risk Officer.
  • Partner with the business at line 2 to mature risk management and prevention philosophy.
  • Manage resources within budget and project schedules
  • Liaise with other relevant groups, partner organizations, and external vendors as needed in relation to operations matters.
  • Advise team and business on the best use of models, disciplines and approaches within a fast-paced tech environment.
  • Actively making decisions in strategy implementation
Qualiffications:
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field. Professional qualifications such as CFA, FRM, or data science certifications are a plus.
