This role is ideal for a highly analytical and results-driven individual with a strong background in retail credit and a keen eye for optimisation.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and document decision engines for account origination and management
• Drive the optimisation of credit systems and processes
• Oversee changes to credit rules impacting new and existing accounts
• Translate strategic changes into IT requirements, acting as a subject matter expert
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure timely implementation of initiatives
• Develop a robust testing framework for system changes
• Lead the change management process to inform stakeholders of updates and their implications
• Manage relationships with external vendors to align with strategic objectives
• Prioritise credit projects within the broader organisation
• Provide insights and responses to credit outcome queries
• Ensure availability of data to track system change outcomes effectively

Ideal Candidate:

• A

qualification in Computer Science, , Mathematics, or a related field * 5 - 10 years of experience within a retail credit environment

• Proven experience in implementing strategic and regulatory projects into credit systems
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive projects forward
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
