Credit Consultant - GoodwoodFull job descriptionIn-Store Credit ConsultantsWe are seeking enthusiastic, and sales-driven Store Credit Consultants to sell,promote, administer, and activate store account cards and other financialproducts in-store. 110- 176 hours per month @ per hour rate.Key Responsibilities:xc2xb7 Engage with customers and explain the benefits of the account card andother financial products offered.xc2xb7 Process account applications and issue store account cards tocustomers.xc2xb7 Promote and create awareness around store finance offerings.xc2xb7 Achieve in store new account targets for loans and cards.xc2xb7 Provide awesome customer service.xc2xb7 Manage customer queries and escalate to the relevant department andfollow up on resolution.xc2xb7 Assist in the planning and execution of in store promotions withmanagement.xc2xb7 Utilise point of sale (POS) as per the visual merchandising guide.xc2xb7 Adhere to store and company policies and procedures.Qualifications, Skills & ExperienceMatric/ Grade 12xc2xb7 3-6 months Sales experience - essentialxc2xb7 Computer Literate: Word, Excel, Outlookxc2xb7 Retail experience in sales and customer service environmentadvantageousxc2xb7 Flexible working hours and willingness to work in different storesJob Type: Full-timePay: From R3 000,00 per monthApplication Question(s):Are you credit clear?Are you criminal clear?Are you able to work retail hours, weekends, as well as public holidays?Are you able to travel to N1 City?How many taxis do you need to take?Education:High School (matric) (Required)Experience:Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
