What You'll Do:
Credit Control:
- Manage and monitor customer credit accounts, ensuring timely payments and resolution of any outstanding issues. Be the guardian of our financial health.
- Ensure that the monthly credit control policies and processes are completed.
- Ensure that incoming payments are processed.
- Facilitate the payment of accounts due and send reminders.
- Reconciling of the age analysis with the payments to ensure all payments are accounted for.
- Follow up on quotes, reconcile invoices and ensure that payments are made.
- Ensure that payment arrangements are adhered to.
- Ensure payment splits are processed.
- Financial statements and reports with details of the accounts payable.
- General adhoc duties.
- Matric certificate.
- At least 2 years relevant experience.
- Fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English)
- Sage experience.
- Drivers license.
- Deadline driven.
- Computer literate.
- The ability to work under pressure.
