This dynamic and busy role involves managing financial collections and resolving account queries. You will build and maintain close relationships with all customers, including Local Authorities and healthcare clients, ensuring smooth account operations. Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments to resolve outstanding payment issues.Part of Acacium Group, Xyla is an integrated healthcare solution that improves people's lives and alleviates the demands of the UK healthcare system. • Timely and effective collection of all debts and customers payments, maintaining contact with clients to ensure invoices are clear for payment and resolving queries both internally and externally around outstanding invoices

• Meet cash and debtor targets set by the company
• Liaise closely with other departments within the business so that credit issues are resolved smoothly
• Handle disputed invoices and negotiating to bring payment within terms
• Answering promptly to both internal and external stakeholders
• Undertake account reconciliations
• Regularly contacting customers to ensure all relevant debts are managed as necessary and providing updated statements.

• The ability to organise and prioritise workload effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail
