Duties Will Include:
- Ensure timely payments, processing with remittance and contacting customers if remittance is absent.
- Prepare bank statements with account numbers for registration.
- Reconcile accounts for unpaid invoices, and follow up for additional payments.
- Resolve account queries via phone and email, ensuring ongoing follow-up for resolution.
- Manage credit limit increases as needed, and prepare 6-month average sales if required.
- Log calls with Masterfile for reopening or suspension of accounts.
- Handle all price claims, shorts, and returns, request shorts and RMA credits from branches.
- Request outstanding claims from customers via the portal.
- Sort and distribute mail; maintain a positive relationship with KAMs for issue resolution.
- Meet month-end deadlines, complete all journals, and ensure proper allocations.
- Print statements, invoices, credit notes, and email to customers along with Excel reconciliations.
- Completed BCom degree in finance.
- 3+ years in the same financial role.
- Previous experience in a similar role will play to your advantage.
- Previous experience within a manufacturing would be beneficial.
