Join my client's dynamic team as a Credit Controller and play a key role in managing high-volume transactions and resolving complex claims!My client is a dynamic and growing company within the FMCG industry with a strong focus on delivering quality products and services to their customers.They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Credit Controller to join their finance team.This role is based in Midrand, Gauteng.Key Responsibilities:
- Handle pricing, return, and short received claims efficiently and accurately.
- Manage large volumes of transactions with attention to detail.
- Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments and resolve outstanding balances.
- Conduct credit checks on new and existing clients to assess creditworthiness.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Negotiate payment plans and agreements with customers as needed.
- Prepare regular reports on the status of accounts and collections.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure a smooth credit control process.
- 3 years proven experience as a Credit Controller.
- Worked in an FMCG industry (preferred).
- Strong understanding of credit control procedures and policies.
- Ability to manage large volumes of transactions effectively.
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
