Global Credit Solutions India helps its customers/partners in collecting overdue amounts through various channels such as Dunning Letters, Calls, Emails and Field Visits. The collection process follows pre-defined stringent SOPs. All collections are carried out to ensure a very Professional, Prompt and Precise process that provides early collections and reduced costs.

s:

Manage recovery portfolio with respect to collections Contact customers to negotiate payment plans & resolve outstanding balances. Review accounts for discrepancies & follow up with necessary actions. Maintain accurate records of all collection activities & communications. Prepare reports on collection performance & provide insights for improvement. Daily Reporting on the Collection.

Skill Set:

Fluency in English & Regional Language Proficient skills in email writing Quick learner Knowledge of accounts - Account receivable, account payable, GST, Taxes etc.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R5000,00 - R6000,00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
