Assessment of all non-medical claims to ensure that all claims submitted for payment are valid. Handle daily workflow process in terms of the Company's laid down process.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications
- Matric
- RE
- FAIS
- Life Insurance background required
- Computer Literacy, Word and Excel
- At least 2 years Life Insurance background
- Accurate, methodical and detailed in all aspects of work
- Able to handle pressure, prioritise and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to develop and build relationships and be a team player
- Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, understandable manner, and listen attentively
- Good interpersonal skills
