A leading player in the investment and assurance sector is looking for a seasoned Credit Manager with a passion for SME lending to join their team on a permanent basis. The focus of this role is to manage and mitigate credit risk while driving SME lending growth.Duties:
- Assessing and analyzing credit applications for SME lending.
- Managing and mitigating credit risk through thorough evaluations.
- Developing and implementing credit policies and procedures.
- Overseeing credit portfolios and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business growth.
- Leading a team of Credit Analysts, ensuring top-notch performance and compliance.
- Matric or higher educational qualification required
- 5+ years of experience in credit management
