Education & Experience: Bachelors degree or diploma in business (related fields welcome), plus 5+ years of experience in SME lending. Elevate your career while shaping the future of SME lending!Strategic Loan Management: Lead the loan origination process and approve credit applications, ensuring all loans meet our standards
Credit Analysis & Recommendations: Conduct in-depth evaluations, offer expert recommendations, and craft compelling credit memos for senior management
Deal Structuring: Work closely with Loan Officers to fine-tune deals, ensuring all credit terms, collateral, and conditions align with our guidelines
Portfolio Growth: Monitor disbursements, maintain asset quality, and support a healthy, profitable loan portfolio
Market Adaptation: Stay ahead of regulatory changes and market trends, recommending policy updates and innovative credit solutions
Drive Collections & Reporting:
Active Loan Monitoring: Oversee loan performance and minimize bad debts through proactive collection strategies
Insightful Reporting: Provide regular updates on lending activities, offering strategic insights to senior management and the Board
Organizational Development & Strategy:
Build Relationships: Work with Loan Officers to resolve issues, elevate client satisfaction, and enhance the lending process
Policy Innovation: Contribute to the development of robust lending guidelines and adapt to evolving market conditions
Strategic Projects: Play a key role in initiatives that improve business policies and processesSkills & Experience:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in SME lending
Credit Expertise: Strong understanding of risk assessment, financial statement analysis, and the full credit process
Analytical Skills: Sharp problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Office Suite and lending softwareQualification:
