A leading financial institution is looking for a Credit Review Analyst to manage a portfolio of high-value and high-risk clients. This role involves conducting detailed credit evaluations, financial assessments, and risk analysis to ensure portfolio quality aligns with risks. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in credit structuring, and the ability to provide insightful recommendations that drive sound lending decisions.Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-quality credit evaluations and financial assessments for new and existing clients
• Prepare and review credit applications, ensuring proper deal structuring, financial modelling, and stress testing
• Monitor credit risk exposure, ensuring adherence to credit limits and policy compliance
• Review and assess credit ratings, loss given default, and return on investment proposals
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to negotiate covenants, collateral, and legal conditions
• Oversee the work of Credit Analysts, ensuring the accuracy and quality of credit risk reports
• Provide risk advisory services and actively monitor emerging risks in the business environment
• Ensure compliance with lending protocols, credit risk management policies, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• A Bachelor''s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Engineering
• At least 5 years of experience in credit risk management, corporate or investment banking
• Expertise in credit risk assessment, compliance, and enterprise risk management
• Strong financial modelling, stress testing, and analytical skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools
• Excellent report writing and communication skills
