Follow the Senior Analyst's lead to analyse a specific champion-challenger test and measure its impact.
Engage with key stakeholders to gather critical information that could influence the tests and their outcomes.
Establish the testing framework by leveraging data and developing reporting tools to monitor results.
Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources to ensure accuracy and prepare it for detailed analysis.
Deliver analytical solutions to address complex business challenges.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of the analytical processes and findings.
Present your analytical insights clearly and effectively to teammates and stakeholders.
Conduct in-depth analyses on portfolio performance, regulatory changes, unexpected events, and operational issues.
Utilize credit bureau data and other external sources to uncover valuable insights and trends.
Optimize our multi-channel communication strategy for collections.
Qualifications and Experience:
A degree in a numerate discipline, preferably Statistics / Mathematics / Engineering (Honours / Master's degree preferable)
Knowledge and experience in statistical/data management software packages (SAS/SQL)
Enterprise Miner would be advantageous
Knowledge of the credit industry and credit life cycle management is preferred
Hands-on experience of large-scale customer database data interrogation and manipulation would be advantageous
Experience in collections would be advantageous
