:Strategy design and ImplementationOperations ManagementPolicies, Procedures and Systems ManagementCredit Risk ManagementPortfolio Compliance ManagementFinancial ManagementStakeholder ManagementStaff ManagementQualifications and Skills:Must have a relevant NQF 7 qualification in Banking, Credit Management, Commerce or Risk Management8- 10 years in a Credit risk Management role in the Financial services sector (Commercial Property , Development Finance)A CFA and/ or Professional Risk Manager and ACCA certification are preferred5 years staff management experience is requiredDemonstrated experience and understanding of credit risk life cycle
